On the afternoon of March 4, the weather in most regions of Ukraine is predicted to worsen weather conditions. Ukrgidromettsentr published a storm warning on the official website.
Forecasters announced the first (“yellow”) level of danger in Kiev, Kiev, Volyn, Rivne, Zhytomyr, Chernigov, Sumy, Kharkiv, Poltava, Dnepropetrovsk, Kirovograd, Cherkasy, Vinnitsa, Zhytomyr, Khmelnytsky, Ternopil, Chernivtsi, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv and Transcarpathian regions. Calm weather is expected only in the southern and southeastern regions of Ukraine.

According to the forecast of the Ukrhydrometeorological center, a strong wind is expected in these areas at a speed of 15-20 m/s, the general direction is westerly. It can cause problems in the work of energy, utilities and transport. In general, on March 4, Ukraine will pass without precipitation, only in the north of the country there may be light rain or sleet. The air temperature during the day will be within 1-7 degrees of heat, in the south – from 6 to 11 degrees of heat.
