According to journalists, at the beginning of 2022, the suspects refused to build fortifications on the territory of the Gostomel airport to the National Guard.
On March 9, the Security Service of Ukraine conducted a search and handed over suspicions to the ex-general director of the Antonov State Enterprise Serhiy Bychkov, as well as to the security chief Netesov. Censor.net writes about this.
It is also reported that the suspicion was handed over in absentia to the director of the Antonov State Enterprise Kharchenko. Because of this, after the start of a full-scale invasion of Russia, the invaders were able to capture the airport – an important strategic object for the defense of Kyiv. The Mriya plane was also destroyed, the employees of the State Emergency Service were killed.
The publication writes that criminal proceedings in this case were opened in April 2022. Investigators are sure that the above-mentioned persons from the Antonov State Enterprise interfered with the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations that took part in the defense of the Gostomel airport.
According to journalists, the SBU conducted 9 searches at the place of actual residence and work of the defendants in the case. On the same day, the Shevchenkovsky District Court of Kyiv chose a preventive measure for the suspects Bychkov and Netesov – detention for a period of 60 days without the right to bail.
