The manufacturer has found that the folding ignition key may eventually become unlatched in the extended position. In such a situation, even if it is accidentally hit, the engine may turn off, which will lead to an accident.
The recall includes Rogue crossovers (X-Trail in Russia) from 2014-2020, as well as Rogue Sport and Qashqai from 2017-2022.
