This cake is perfect for tea or coffee.
Since the price of eggs is now “biting”, it’s time to pay attention to baking without this ingredient. And the choice of delicious pastries without eggs is surprisingly large, so everyone can find a recipe for themselves. We propose to prepare a delicious chocolate cake, for which eggs are absolutely not needed, which, however, does not affect its taste in any way. The pie recipe was shared in the telegram channel “Mom’s Recipes”.
Chocolate cake without eggs
flour – 300 gr; cocoa – 30 gr; baking powder – 10 gr; sugar – 130 gr; vegetable oil – 100 ml; warm water – 300 ml.
For the ganache:
milk chocolate – 150 gr; vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l; peanuts – 80 gr.
In a deep bowl, mix the sifted flour, cocoa and baking powder, add sugar, water and vegetable oil, mix everything well. You should get a mass similar in consistency to thick sour cream. Line the bottom of the mold with parchment paper and pour the dough into it. Send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Readiness to check with a toothpick. If it is dry when pierced, the cake is ready.
Next, we make ganache. Melt milk chocolate in a water bath, add vegetable oil, mix everything until smooth, add tula de peanuts. Mix everything again.
Cool the finished cake, grease the sides and top with ganache and leave for a while in the refrigerator so that the chocolate hardens.
Such a pie can be served with tea, coffee and just like that.
