According to Andrey Nebitov, head of the region’s National Police, parts of an enemy drone were found in a field. Law enforcement officers and bomb experts had to be called to the place of discovery.
In one of the districts of the Kiev region, fragments of an enemy drone were found in a field. He was shot down on the night of February 27th. This was announced by the head of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kyiv region Andriy Nebitov.
“On February 27, during a night attack by the invaders, the Air Defense Forces shot down enemy drones. Parts of enemy objects were found in the field,” wrote Nebitov.
The law enforcement officer said that there were no victims or damage to infrastructure as a result of an enemy attack by drones.
“Policemen and explosive experts from the Kyiv region worked at the scene. Law enforcement officers inspected the scene and recorded the consequences of an enemy attack,” the official said.
Nebitov thanked the air defense for their work and urged the Ukrainians not to ignore the air raid.
We will remind, as a result of the attack by drones in Khmelnitsky, two rescuers were killed. Three more victims are in critical condition in the city hospitals. The RF Armed Forces hit an infrastructure facility, one of the employees of the State Emergency Service died on the spot.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that on the night of February 27, out of 14 drones launched by Russia, the Ukrainian Air Force managed to shoot down 11. The drones were flying from the north, the military said.
