After meeting with Andriy Yermak, the prince met with President Volodymyr Zelensky and his team.

“I would like to remind you that Ukraine and Saudi Arabia have common challenges and experience in dealing with them. We are talking about Iranian UAVs that have carried out attacks on oil facilities in Saudi Arabia. on the Ukrainian energy infrastructure. Therefore, we also have common experience in fighting terrorists,” Yermak recalled.
Recall that earlier the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, Mohammed bin Salman, was an intermediary between the Russian Federation and Ukraine in negotiations on the release of foreign citizens who fought on the side of Ukraine. These are five British citizens, two US citizens, one Moroccan, one Swedish citizen and one Croatian. All of them were kept on the territory of the so-called DPR and LPR, and they were even threatened with execution by the local occupation authorities.
