An increase in consumption in the region is not predicted, experts said. The situation is difficult in the Kharkiv region – power facilities there were badly damaged due to a missile attack by the RF Armed Forces on March 9.
Power engineers noted stabilizing blackouts in Kyiv and the Kyiv region. This was announced on March 13 in Telegram by DTEK.
The power supply to all residents of the capital and the region has been restored, so the stabilization shutdown schedules are no longer applied. The situation in the power system is difficult, the company urges to follow the updates.
There is no deficit in the energy system, an increase in consumption is not predicted, therefore, consumption limits were not introduced for Kyiv, Kyiv, Dnepropetrovsk and Odessa regions, DTEK said.
Ukrenergo specialists announced the continuation of the restoration of the energy system after the 15th massive missile attack by Russian troops.
“Due to equipment overload, emergency shutdowns are in place in some areas of Kyiv and the Kyiv region,” the statement said.
In the Kharkiv region, they can turn off the light according to the schedules
Kharkiv’s energy facilities were seriously damaged due to a missile attack by the Russian army on March 9. So far, hourly or emergency shutdowns have not been introduced in the Kharkiv region, but the schedules have already been drawn up, said Volodymyr Skichko, the speaker of Kharkovoblenergo.
“Restoration work is ongoing. Hourly schedules have been developed, they are not yet applied. Consumption increased after the weekend, emergency (outages) can be applied at any time at the command of the Ukrenergo dispatcher,” he added.
“Kharkovoblenergo” warned that hourly outage schedules may not be applied in full. The list of addresses for each queue may change.
On March 13, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Sinegubov, announced emergency power outages in a commentary to Ukrinform.
“Most likely, there will be shutdown schedules again. The capacity that we now have is not enough to meet the needs of the population, enterprises, and industry,” he stressed.
Recall that in the Zhytomyr and Kharkiv regions, power engineers managed to return electricity to household consumers almost in full.
Focus on March 13 wrote that stabilization schedules for power outages were applied in four districts of the capital.
