In Moscow, they began testing a neural network to search for violators on electric scooters and other means of individual mobility (SIM). According to the head of the metropolitan traffic police, Alexander Bykov, the infrastructure of the Center for Traffic Organization (TsODD) will be used.
The first tests of the system are taking place on the main streets, where an increased speed limit is set. In other words, these are the streets where it is allowed to drive at a speed of more than 60 km / h, but you can’t move on the SIM there.

– I spotted the smart electronics of a scooter on the avenue. And then what? So far, nothing. He has no license plates, other differences too. Is it urgent to chase him in a traffic police car? They received SIM status.
Movement on them is allowed at a speed of no more than 25 km / h.
