Work on the implementation of AI has already begun and is being carried out jointly with Microsoft.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine has begun testing ChatGPT in order to implement it in Diyu in the future. AI will be able to provide answers to questions from users of the service. Details were told by the head of department Mikhail Fedorov to Forbes.
According to him, the Mintsifra team sees options for how it will be possible to use ChatGPT artificial intelligence in Diy, and work on this has already begun jointly with Microsoft.
The chatbot will analyze requests that are regularly submitted by citizens of Ukraine.
“We want to teach artificial intelligence to quickly give an answer regarding the receipt of public services and the work of the state,” Mikhail Fedorov emphasized.
It is worth noting that earlier OpenAI introduced an updated version of the chatbot called GPT-4. The platform is now able to process not only information in text, but also works with images – that is, it is more suitable for cooperation with third-party clients than its predecessor GPT-3.5.
It took the developers about six months to complete this product, which made it safer and easier for users to understand. The GPT-4 version is now 82% less likely to respond to requests for prohibited content, but 40% more likely to provide responses to the topic than its predecessor called GPT-3.5.
In addition, the chatbot is available on platforms such as Duolingo, Stripe, and Khan Academy, with plans to integrate with other platforms over time. The application “Diya” can become one of them.
Since February 18, the “smart” chatbot ChatGPT has been available in Ukraine. Prior to this, artificial intelligence was unavailable to citizens from Ukraine for almost three months. At the same time, at the moment, restrictions are still in effect on the territories of Ukraine, which are temporarily occupied by the Russian army. The Ministry of Digital Development expressed concern that the Russians could use the service to promote propaganda.
