According to sources, the deceased from the first days of a full-scale war went over to the side of the enemy. He organized a transport link between the Zaporozhye region and other occupied regions of Ukraine.
As a result of a car explosion in temporarily occupied Melitopol, collaborator Ivan Tkach died. This was reported by the occupying “authorities” of the Zaporozhye region.
Vladimir Rogov, a member of the “main council of the regional administration”, wrote in his Telegram channel that as a result of the explosion of the vehicle, the collaborator received severe injuries that were incompatible with life. The doctors were powerless and he died in the hospital.
Collaborator Ivan Tkach: connection with the invaders
Ivan Tkach was a well-known figure in Melitopol and owned one of the largest transport companies in the city and had connections with the Russian occupiers. After the capture of the region, he was appointed director of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise “City Transport” of the “military-civilian administration” of the Zaporozhye region.
According to Ukrainian media, Ivan Tkach has established transport links with the temporarily occupied Crimean peninsula, as well as with individual cities of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

“Using the rolling stock subordinate to him, he organized the movement of personnel of the RF Armed Forces from Donetsk, Kherson regions and the temporarily occupied Crimea to the Zaporozhye region and back. Using the rolling stock of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise “City Transport”, he organized the transportation of mercenaries of PMC “Wagner” to the line of combat clashes in the Zaporozhye region,” sources said.
Undermining a car in Melitopol on March 14: what is known
The incident was reported by the legitimate mayor of the city Ivan Fedorov in his own Telegram channel. The network began to distribute footage of a burning car and smoke began to spread throughout the surrounding streets. It was a Toyota Land Cruiser vehicle, which was registered to the deceased Ivan Tkach. The explosion was carried out using an improvised explosive device and, in addition to the collaborator, another person was injured, who was immediately hospitalized.
Recall that on March 14, Russian media confirmed the explosion of the car of a top collaborator in Novaya Kakhovka. According to journalists, an explosive device went off next to the car of the so-called “deputy head of the Novokakhovskaya VGA” Vitaly Gura. A top collaborator was taken to the hospital with injuries.
