Civilians, according to the administration, also cannot receive various social benefits if they have not previously issued documents from the aggressor country.
Citizens can enter the territory of Lisichansk only if they have registration and, accordingly, Russian-style documents. This was announced on March 6 by the press service of the Lugansk OVA.
According to the department, it is almost impossible to enter the occupied Lisichansk without Russian passports. To issue such documents, citizens need to visit illegitimate administrative institutions.
The OVA noted that the Russian occupiers regularly introduce a coercive policy against the local population in various settlements of the Luhansk region. In Severodonetsk, the invaders are demonstratively repairing some houses, in particular, they put windows in the buildings that they destroyed. In Rubezhnoye, located nearby, they even offered to carry out the relevant work for payment.
“In the spring, when people somehow survived the winter without windows, or put them in at their own expense,” the OVA explained.
The administration also reports that civilians cannot receive various social benefits if they have not previously issued Russian passports. The allowance for a born child is paid only if the documents of the aggressor country are available.
The OVA separately commented that 14 clashes took place in the Luhansk region over the past day. As a result, 34 Russian invaders were eliminated and at least 62 were injured. Ukrainian defenders continue to confidently destroy the equipment of the Russian invaders. The elimination of two enemy T-72 tanks and a self-propelled mortar “Tulip” was recorded.
A day earlier, on March 5, the head of the Lugansk OVA, Sergei Gaidai, reported that Russian troops had concentrated their forces for an offensive in the area of Belogorovka and Kremennaya. It is in these areas that they are trying to break through the defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but they do not succeed. The situation, according to Gaidai, is difficult, but manageable.
