According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, the heads of the Lugansk, Odessa and Khmelnytsky district districts lost their positions.
On Tuesday, March 14, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine agreed on the dismissal of three heads of the Luhansk, Odessa and Khmelnitsky regional military administrations. This was announced by the representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in BP Taras Melnichuk in his Telegram.
The information from Melnychuk indicates that the government supported the draft decrees of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky on dismissal:
Gaidai Sergey Vladimirovich from the post of chairman of the Lugansk Regional State Administration; Marchenko Maxim Mikhailovich from the post of chairman of the Odessa Regional State Administration; Gamaliya Sergey Vyacheslavovich from the post of chairman of the Khmelnitsky Regional State Administration.
Who will be appointed to these positions is still unknown.
At the end of January 2023, it became known that the head of the Luhansk OVA, Serhiy Gaidai, would most likely be dismissed, with the potential possibility of being appointed to the post of Ambassador of Ukraine to Kazakhstan.
Recall, on January 24, the Cabinet of Ministers dismissed the heads of five regional military administrations. The head of the Dnepropetrovsk regional district administration Valentin Reznichenko, the head of the Zaporizhzhya regional military district Oleksandr Starukh, the head of the Kyiv regional military district Aleksey Kuleba, the head of the Sumy regional military district Dmitry Zhyvitsky and Yaroslav Yanushevich from Kherson lost their positions.
On February 7, it became known about the appointment of new leaders of the Dnepropetrovsk, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions. Kiev and Sumy regions are still without leaders of the OVA.
