The sign “Parking is prohibited” is perhaps the most common on city roads. Such a sign has a variation that limits parking to specific numbers: even or odd (3.29 and 3.30).
From March 1, the rules for parking in the zone of action of these signs will change. The so-called shift time has been changed – the period of the day during which parking is allowed on both sides of the carriageway (on those streets where both signs are used simultaneously).
