Previously, precious diamond jewelry belonged to Queen Elizabeth and other ladies from the royal family.
Recently, members of the royal family, including King Charles and Prince William, and their spouses attended a service at Westminster Abbey during the annual Commonwealth Day celebration. Both Kate Middleton and Queen Consort Camilla celebrated the occasion by decorating their outfits with special brooches. Page Six writes about it.

According to Maxwell Stone from the British company Steven Stone Jewelers, this is a historical piece with the symbolic feathers of the Prince of Wales. Kate Middleton first wore it last fall after she and her husband became the Prince and Princess of Wales.
“This is an incredibly interesting piece of jewelry dating back to 1863, when the future King Edward VII married the Danish Princess Alexandra,” Stone said.
The brooch was presented to Alexandra by the “Ladies of North Wales” and features the coat of arms of the Prince of Wales (current title of Prince William) with distinctive feathers.
The jewelry costs about 400 thousand dollars, it is also decorated with blue sapphires, diamonds, rubies and emeralds.
This decoration was then worn by subsequent Princesses of Wales, including Princess Diana, and then Camilla, when her husband, King Charles III, was known as the Prince of Wales.
Meanwhile, Queen Consort Camilla opted for a monochromatic blue look for her service at Westminster Abbey, and accessorized her Fiona Clare coat, which she had worn many times before, with a luxurious sapphire and diamond brooch.

It is known as the “Russian brooch” because it previously belonged to Empress Maria Feodorovna. Its cost is about 680 thousand dollars.
Previously, it was worn by the Queen Mother, after which Queen Elizabeth often wore it. Stone believes that Camilla wore it because it is the first Commonwealth Day since the Queen’s death, and thus she wants to honor her memory.
Commonwealth Day is an annual celebration of the Commonwealth of Nations with special performances and events honoring different countries. The late queen loved this holiday very much.
And fans of the royal family are looking forward to what treasures the ladies will get out of the boxes for the coronation of King Charles on May 6th. After all, even though it will pass according to a simplified scenario, the spectacle will still be impressive.
Earlier it became known which crown will be worn by Queen Consort Camilla for the coronation of her husband. This will be the crown of Queen Mary.
