Summons will be issued at the place of residence and work of Russians. The purpose of the event is supposedly to update military registration data, local military commissars said.
In the Voronezh region, they began to hand over subpoenas to Russians liable for military service. This was announced on March 14 by the government of the region in Telegram.
“The military commissariat of the Voronezh region and the administrations of municipalities are beginning to serve subpoenas to the residents of the region,” the authorities noted.
The report emphasizes that the only purpose of serving the summonses is supposedly to update military registration data in the Voronezh military registration and enlistment offices.
“Summons will be handed out mainly at the place of residence of citizens and their work,” the government added.
Employers were reminded of the obligation to release employees to the military registration and enlistment offices on the handed summons.
After the news about the delivery of subpoenas in the Voronezh region, the Kremlin announced that there was no talk of a second wave of mobilization.
“The second wave of mobilization is not being discussed in the Kremlin,” Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
RosSMI calculated that in January Peskov 3 times refuted data on probable mobilization in Russia. And on February 13, a Kremlin spokesman said that Russia was not preparing to continue partial mobilization.
Recall that in Ukraine, for ignoring the subpoenas, you can get a fine from UAH 3,400 to UAH 5,100. Paying the fine does not relieve you of the obligation to come to the military registration and enlistment office.
And on March 9, the military commissar of the Kharkiv region, Volodymyr Arap, announced that everything was moving towards issuing subpoenas in the Diya electronic application.
On March 9, the Center for National Resistance warned that the Russian Federation plans to begin mobilization in the occupied territories of the Lugansk and Donetsk regions in the spring. The basis will be guys born in 2006.
