85% of survey participants use a navigator: 38% of them launch it if they are driving along an unfamiliar route, 23% turn to the device for help every day, 16% turn it on if they are going on a long trip, and 8% if they need to avoid traffic jams. 15% do not use a navigator.

Only 34% follow all the instructions of the navigator, 49% prefer to double-check the suggestion for the route. 11% focus only on the end point and drive without the help of an assistant, and 6% completely ignore the system and drive in a different direction.
49% of Russians periodically talk with an electronic navigator: 23% swear at the system if it makes a mistake with the route, 11% comment on the proposed options, 10% discuss the traffic situation with the navigator, and 5% try to outplay the assistant and are happy when they arrive faster with their own way.
76% of respondents are not completely satisfied with the quality of the navigator’s work, due to the fact that it offers a confusing route (38%), reports maneuvers late (13%), inaccurately shows traffic congestion (7%), and is poorly oriented in courtyards (7% ), freezes (6%), and ignores markup (5%).
More than 150 thousand respondents from all over the country took part in the study.
