For many, baking bread seems to be something difficult, especially if you don’t have a bread machine at your disposal. However, it is quite simple to prepare it, especially if you find your own recipe. For example, a blogger under the nickname “Christina not PP” shared a quick and proven recipe.
Homebaked bread
Ingredients:
flour – 500 gr; water – 400 gr; yeast – 7 gr; sugar – 1 tsp; salt – 1 tsp; vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. l; yolk + sour cream – for lubrication; sesame – optional.
Cooking method:
Pour warm water into a deep bowl, add salt, sugar and dry yeast there, mix everything well and leave for 10 minutes so that the yeast is completely dissolved. Then pour the sifted flour there and knead the dough, which will turn out to be quite sticky. Cover and let the dough rest for an hour and a half in a warm place.
After this time, transfer the dough to a baking sheet sprinkled with flour, collect the edges to the center, forming a ball. Cover and leave for another 40 minutes. The dough is very sticky, so it should be, otherwise such bubbles will not work.
Lubricate the rested dough with yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and send to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
Remove the finished bread and let it cool. If you cut it hot, it will stick together. Ideally, such bread turns out to be very tasty.
