Payment of fines for speeding was transferred to new details. Now, in each region of Ukraine, a separate bank account is provided for these purposes.
The service of payment of fines for traffic violations recorded by cameras in automatic mode was returned to the Diya application. The function has not worked since the beginning of February. This was reported in the application’s Telegram channel.
Paying fines online has been disabled due to a change in its procedure. The matter is that earlier means arrived on one nation-wide account.
Now, fines for speeding in Ukraine will be transferred to local budgets, so each region will have its own separate account. Thus, the money will remain in place, and the maintenance of the auto-fixation complexes will be paid from these funds.

Accordingly, each region now has its own IBAN bank account number for paying fines. Therefore, drivers need to be careful – pay attention to the area in which they exceeded the speed limit and check payment details.
The innovation is effective from February 1, 2023, that is, all fines starting from this date must be paid using new details, otherwise they will be considered unpaid. However, in the Diya application and other online payment services, the correct details should already be pulled up automatically.
