Unidentified people in uniform introduced themselves as “fighters against the Putin regime.” They stated that they continue to operate in the region and called on local residents to join them.
“Fighters against the Putin regime” entered the territory of the Kursk region of Russia and said that they had mined a number of objects in the border village of Plekhovo. The corresponding video with the appeal of the fighters is distributed on social networks, Focus reports.
The published footage shows that four men armed with machine guns in military uniform stand against the background of a stele with the name of a Russian village. They introduced themselves as “fighters against the Putin regime” and stated that they continued to operate in the Kursk region.
The military turned to civilians, who are obliged to build fortifications for the Russian army. The men added that they had prepared many “gifts”, pointing to the mines located near them.
“Therefore, we strongly recommend: do not go to work in the next two weeks, sabotage work, but rather join us. We will fight together for the future of Russia,” they said.
Meanwhile, the Russian media said that this was a Ukrainian “psychological attack” on the Russians.
“Most likely, what happened is another attempt to influence the Russians, if not on the battlefield, then at least on the Internet,” Readovka writes.
Recall that on March 2, the governor of the Kursk region in the Russian Federation, Roman Starovoit, said that 20 “arrivals” were recorded in the region. In the village of Troitskoye, 9 explosions were recorded. Another 11 were counted in the village of Begoshcha, where electricity went out after the explosions.
In addition, Russian media reported that about 50 “Ukrainian saboteurs” allegedly entered the territory of the Russian region. According to the Russians, they took local residents hostage and also killed a man who was driving in a car.
Ukrainian authorities deny these claims. According to Andrei Yusov, the representative of the GUR, what is happening in Russia is a consequence of internal conflicts in the country.
