The US Department of Commerce has banned the supply of smartphones over $300, coffee makers and other equipment to Russia and Belarus. This is the official website of the US Federal Register.
In particular, new restrictions under the embargo on the supply of luxury goods to the Russian Federation will affect 276 commodity nomenclature codes, including:
fans (wall-mounted, for rooftops), air conditioners wholesale over $750, refrigerators over $750, dishwashers, electronic scales over $300, vacuum cleaners with built-in electric motor over $100, microwave ovens for home use, household coffee machines, electric toasters, smartphones over $300, sound recorder and audio equipment.
In order for a Russian or Belarusian to acquire the above positions, he needs to obtain a special license, which will be granted only in special cases.
