School leaders and teachers escorted 28 students to the hospital after the girls showed signs of fainting, restlessness and other symptoms.
Dozens of schoolgirls have been hospitalized after they passed out while using a ouija board at school. This is reported by the Daily Star.
Hugo Torres, head of an educational institution in Galeras, Colombia, said parents and guardians have been informed that the girls have been taken to hospital, adding that they are still waiting for word from doctors.
“Given the reported cases, a number of comments were made public in the community, which, instead of helping to resolve the situation, led to confusion and created an inhospitable environment for our work. The school is waiting for medical opinions before providing an update on the incident,” the director complained.
Torres also pointed out that the first two hospitalized students had comorbidities.

Many parents believe that children were hospitalized after using the Ouija board in class.
“We need to find out what is happening at school as soon as possible, because children cannot continue to study in such a situation. They always have a good breakfast and it cannot be said that what is happening is due to a lack of food,” says one of the worried mothers, urging them to quickly sort out the situation. .
Created in the US in 1886, Ouija boards have become an integral part of occult lore due to their supposed ability to communicate with the dead and induce paranormal phenomena in those who use them.
