Earlier, RosSMI reported that a 10-year-old child was wounded as a result of shelling of a car in the Bryansk region. Russian propagandists blame the “Ukrainian DRG” for this.
The Governor of the Bryansk region of the Russian Federation Alexander Bogomaz awarded a medal for “Valor and Courage” to a 10-year-old boy. The official called Fedor a hero and wished him to remain a “real man.” This became known from the social networks of the official.
“Not every adult could behave in such a situation as Fedor did. It is especially important that 10-year-old Fedor Simonenko was awarded the departmental medal of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation “Valor and Courage” by the Hero of Russia, head of the educational work department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, General Major of Justice Sergei Vasilyevich Petrov,” wrote Bogomaz.
The official also wished the underage “hero” to recover and remain strong and determined.
The Russian media “RIA Novosti” indicated that the child was awarded for heroism during the “attack of Ukrainian militants on the Bryansk region.”
“Ukrainian DRG” near Bryansk: what is already known
Russian media reported that on March 2, 40 “Ukrainian saboteurs” were caught in the village of Sushany, Bryansk region. The Ukrainians allegedly took hostage a family with two children, blew up a power plant and a gas station, and fired at a car. According to Russia, a man was killed and a 10-year-old boy was wounded in the car as a result of an attack by a “Ukrainian DRG”.
To eliminate “saboteurs”, as reported by Russian war correspondents, they could even use the Grad MLRS. Then the Ukrainian DRG allegedly independently left the territory of the Russian Federation.
The representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Andriy Yusov, and adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Mikhail Podolyak, commented on Ukraine’s accusations. According to them, the attack was staged by the Russians themselves.
At the same time, the “Russian Volunteer Corps” took responsibility for what is happening in the Bryansk region. The RDK participants said that “free Russian people with weapons in their hands can fight the regime” and called on the Russians to revolt.
According to the head of the corps, Denis Kapustin, the Ukrainian leadership knew about the RDK operation. He also said that about 45 people took part in the operation. Kapustin is not aware of civilian casualties.
Recall that on March 7, Andrei Yusov, a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, commented on the video with the execution of a prisoner of war for the words “Glory to Ukraine.” The official stressed that the defender of Ukraine was unarmed and was under the protection of the Geneva Convention, grossly violated by the Russian invaders. According to him, the recording was made public on purpose to intimidate the Ukrainians.
