According to the prosecutor’s office, the woman illegally transferred real estate in one of the most attractive areas of Odessa to herself.
In Odessa, the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office in the Military and Defense Sphere of the Southern Region reported a suspicion to a citizen of Ukraine who illegally registered non-residential buildings and structures with a total area of more than 13 thousand square meters, which belong to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. This was reported by the press service of the prosecutor’s office.
The suspect is charged with fraud committed on an especially large scale, and the use of obviously false documents. In total, the woman rewrote the property for 9 million hryvnias.
The prosecutor’s office said that a citizen of Ukraine used fake documents, which contained false information about her property rights. Thus, she managed to illegally register state buildings in her name.
It is noted that the mentioned property is located in one of the most attractive areas of the city.
It is also reported on the preparation of a petition for the election of a measure of restraint in the form of detention.
Recall that on February 22, NABU and SAPO reported suspicions to the ex-Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine and his former first deputy in connection with causing losses to the country by $30 million through illegal collection of ship dues by private companies.

One of the suspects, convicted of discrediting the Armed Forces of Ukraine and trying to overthrow the constitutional order, lives in Kyiv.
On February 13, the SBU also reported suspicions to the former Deputy Minister of Health in connection with facilitating the illegal registration of foreign drugs on the territory of Ukraine. The effectiveness of the mentioned products has not been officially proven.
