Recall, on February 21, troops of the Russian Federation fired on Kherson from multiple rocket launchers during an address by Russian President Vladimir Putin to the Federal Assembly. The invaders hit a residential area, critical infrastructure facilities, a kindergarten, a hospital, private garages, and cars. Several houses sustained significant damage, and some apartments burned to the ground as a result of the impact.
Focus also wrote that on February 20, the Russian military attacked Kherson with incendiary shells. At 10:38 p.m., an air raid alarm sounded. After that, local residents noticed white dots in the sky, similar to fireworks. These were incendiary charges with which the enemy attacked the city.
