AVTOVAZ plans to start selling the Lada Vesta NG in April-May this year. According to the head of the company Maxim Sokolov, production has been launched.
“We will start sales in the II quarter – April-May. Our dealer network needs to accumulate these vehicles. Even though they will start rolling off the assembly line, each dealer needs to have a certain amount of stock,” he said.

Pre-series production of Lada Vesta NG began at the plant in Tolyatti on February 10, 2023. The car has changed significantly in appearance compared to the first generation, some options have been added to it.
But almost nothing has changed in terms of hardware – the native VAZ 1.6 engine (106 hp) with a 5-speed gearbox and the Renault-Nissan 1.6 engine (113 hp), which are assembled in Tolyatti, remained, it only works in paired with a variator.
