Ecologists insist on this.
Today’s practice of selling new cars to a customer contradicts environmentalists’ requirements for their subsequent recycling and disposal.
Because the owner may not give the old car to the manufacturer. He has no rights to it. At the same time, it is required to carefully dispose of it with minimal damage to the environment.

At the suggestion of the “green” in Europe, they are already discussing a new sales model, when cars will not become the property of the user at all, but remain with the manufacturer. In this case, payment for them will be carried out in full.
It is necessary to legislate new multi-cyclical business models, such as “Car as a Service”, environmentalists say.
They require that up to 95% of all vehicle components be reused or recycled.
The industry must reduce its carbon footprint and resource consumption is a requirement now on the agenda.
The access of the car manufacturer to the vehicle at the end of its service life is crucial here. Without this, all decisions made are meaningless. Because many cars that have exhausted their resource are exported to third countries and continue to be used there to the last, and then they are disposed of there in non-environmentally friendly ways.
