The Oscar-winning Affleck has been to numerous awards shows throughout his career, but it was his presence at the Grammy Awards in early 2023 that really made a splash.
Ben Affleck went to the ceremony with wife Jennifer Lopez and was seen with a displeased face, inspiring many jokes and memes.
“I had a good time at the Grammys. My wife was going and I thought, ‘Well, this is going to be good music.’ This could be fun.” At film awards, these are speeches and webinars with sound raising. But I thought it would be fun,” says the 50-year-old actor.
Affleck says the memes were the result of poor timing – in particular, a shot of him whispering something to his wife and she responding something.
In particular, the actor admitted that he is not entirely aware of what is happening in the music scene, despite the fact that he is married to a pop star.
