Tesla Cybertruck reaches almost 6 m in length and over 2 m in width. The pickup truck will be offered in versions with two or three motors, and its basic equipment will include air suspension and steerable rear wheels.
Information about the serial Tesla Cybertruck pickup has leaked to the Internet. The details of the electric car were declassified by one of the shareholders of the company, Matthew Donnegan-Ryan, who visited the Tesla investor day. In a Youtube video, he told what he managed to find out.
Tesla Cybertruck reaches 5.9 m in length
The American was able to study in detail the Tesla Cybertruck electric car exhibited at the event, and also talked quite closely with the company’s management. He even managed to measure the pickup – it reaches 5.9 m in length and 2.15 m in width.
Thus, the new Tesla Cybertruck is somewhat smaller in size than the Ford F-150 Raptor. However, its cargo platform is longer – 1.85 m.
Cargo compartment length – 1.85 m
There is no access to the body from the passenger compartment, but the rear window can be lowered. There are no compartments in the sides of the body, because the components of the rear wheel control system are hidden there (all Cybertrucks have a fully controlled chassis). But there is a small front trunk, although its loading opening is very small.
