The Chery-owned Omoda brand will start selling the new S5 sedan in Russia over the next two months: in late April – early May. As the press service of Omoda said, the novelty is designed for both private and corporate clients – a simplified “fleet version” has been prepared especially for them. Such cars will be deprived of some standard equipment options and will be able to replenish taxi and car sharing fleets.
Judging by OTTS, a Chinese-assembled Chery Arrizo 5 Plus (6 Pro) will be brought to Russia. The differences are only in the bumpers and grille. The front-wheel drive Omoda S5 is equipped with a 1.5-liter gasoline engine producing 113 hp. and variator.
