Apparently, for a more effective capture of evaders.
Employees of the military registration and enlistment offices in Odessa moved to electric scooters. The incident was caught on video, filmed by an eyewitness from the window of a multi-storey building.
On the recording, you can see five employees of the military registration and enlistment office, who move around the city on electric scooters. They drive in an organized group along a dedicated lane.
Most likely, such a transport was needed to more effectively catch evaders so that they did not have to run after them.
