An unusual accident occurred in mid-January 2023 in the Voronezh region. The quadcopter crashed into the windshield of a Volvo truck, broke through it, hit the driver on the head, and then fell to his knees. It turned out that the drone belonged to the local traffic police, with the help of which the inspection monitored the situation on the roads. If the owner of the drone does not comply with these rules, he may be held administratively liable under Art. 11.4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. The fine for an ordinary person will be 50,000 rubles, for an official – 150,000 rubles, for a company – 300,000 rubles.
If the owner was brought to administrative responsibility, then the victim has the right to compensation for damage.
