Zrazy in this design is not a solid cutlet, but nests in which scrambled eggs are placed.
You can cook potato zrazy in different ways. Here is an option offered by the well-known resource Recept.ua. In addition to potatoes, it includes eggs, cheese, brisket and dried tomatoes. And most importantly – an unusual shape: not cutlets, but nests in which, in fact, eggs are placed.
Zrazy with eggs
Ingredients
potatoes – 800 g; brisket – 100 g; breadcrumbs – 3 tbsp. l .; hard cheese – 50 g; egg – 5; dried tomato; herbs; salt, pepper
Zrazy with an egg begins with the fact that we cut the smoked bacon or brisket into small pieces and, stirring, fry in a pan for about 10 minutes. The fat should be completely rendered, and the brisket (bacon) should become golden.
We mash the pre-boiled potatoes in mashed potatoes. Add brisket, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper to it. Finely chop the washed greens and send them there. Grate the cheese and add to the total mass. Mix until smooth. We form flat round cutlets, spread on a baking sheet covered with parchment. We squeeze the notches with the bottom of the glass, drive in the eggs and sprinkle dried tomatoes on top. We send a baking sheet with zrazy in the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
After 15 minutes, take out the zrazy, cool – and enjoy!
