The repeated assault of the Ukrainian defenders for the Russian occupiers ended in the loss of a tank and part of the infantry, according to the Hetman Bogdan Khmelnytsky OMPBR.
In one of the areas, the Russian invaders did not abandon their attempts to break through the defenses of the Ukrainian defenders. After an unsuccessful first attempt, they again stormed the positions of the Defense Forces, and again failed. This was reported by the press service of the Separate Mechanized Presidential Brigade named after Hetman Bogdan Khmelnytsky.
“Another assault on the enemy at the position of the 2nd mechbattalion of a separate presidential brigade ended in nothing. The enemy lost a tank, and its infantry was hiding on all fours from the FOGs,” the defenders said.

The published footage shows how a Russian tank moved to storm the positions of the presidential brigade fighters. Armored vehicles were knocked out almost immediately. Further, the infantry followed the tank, but it was also covered with fire, and those who survived from the invaders fled crawling along the forest belt, but they were destroyed with the help of explosives and a drone.
Fighters of the National Guard of Ukraine destroyed, thanks to a drone and explosives, an enemy autonomous self-propelled anti-aircraft missile system “Tor M1” and a Russian engineering remote mining system “Agriculture”, an enemy BM-21 “Grad” and two 2S1 “Carnations”. In the Lugansk region, the SBU special forces organized a night “safari” on the armored vehicles of the occupiers and destroyed 6 enemy tanks during the night.
