Maria Skog became famous for her unusual crafts. The girl gained more than sixty thousand followers on Instagram, sharing product designs and selling them.
Artist Maria Skog lives in the town of Nyarpes and has been crocheting everything from strawberries to roast turkey, from ramen to waffles, for more than a decade. The woman began to study this art for the sake of children, and now creates unique works that look like real food. It is reported by Creative Boom.
“I started crocheting food when my kids were little because we wanted to play cafe and grocery store. Then I just kept crocheting even though my kids were grown up,” says Maria.
Since then, Maria has been honing her craft by creating many delightful plush products. Nothing seems to be beyond its capabilities: even leafy greens, glasses of wine, marshmallow snowmen and popcorn balls become the object of crochet.

“It can take about an hour to make a small candy. And some things I think about for months before I start knitting them,” says Maria.
No matter how much time crochet takes, people cannot stop admiring the creations of a talented artist. The woman has amassed over 60,000 Instagram followers by sharing designs for each piece and even listing some of her work for sale.

“I think it’s because they’re humorous, unexpected and a little crazy,” says the artist, recalling why her creations have become so popular.
Earlier Focus wrote that a woman eats half a roll of toilet paper a day, she was diagnosed with a rare disease. 34-year-old singer Kesha from Chicago has a rather unusual addiction. She constantly eats napkins and other paper products. Experts call this addiction xylophagia and believe that it can be dangerous for her life.
It was also reported that archaeologists in England discovered a unique bone flute. It is believed that the musical instrument was made from the shank of a goat or a sheep.
