According to Andrei Kartapolov, head of the State Duma Defense Committee, every self-respecting corporation should take care of how to protect itself from kamikaze drone attacks.
Andrey Kartapolov, head of the Defense Committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, urged entrepreneurs to independently acquire air defense equipment for their business in case of drone attacks. The Moscow Times writes about this.
Andrey Kartapolov noted that the Russians themselves must protect their enterprises, since the RF Ministry of Defense “is focused on covering important state and military facilities.”
“There are fairly inexpensive means of combating unmanned aerial vehicles that every self-respecting corporation can purchase and put on their facilities,” Kartapolov said.

The military leader also added that NATO and Ukrainian intelligence are aware of the location of Russian air defense systems.
“That is, they roughly know where our air defense systems are located, and it is quite possible to launch a drone along the route so that it passes not only around the terrain, but also bypasses the same air defense areas,” the deputy said.
Recall that on March 1, The Insider announced the deployment of a P-18-2 Prima mobile reconnaissance and target designation radar station near the Salaryevo metro station in Moscow. The publication noted that air defense systems should be located next to such an object.
Ukrainian soldier and drone specialist Yuriy Kasyanov noted on March 1 that in order to successfully overcome the air defense system, it is necessary to use small-sized, almost invisible drones in large numbers.
We also wrote that after the explosions in the Russian city of Yeysk, six Su-34 fighter-bombers disappeared from the local airfield. This is evidenced by satellite images taken on March 2.
