On the official website of BMW in Germany, it became possible to pre-order the most powerful modification of the new crossover – BMW XM Label Red.
Recall that last year debuted a hybrid SUV BMW XM, which is the second in the history of an independent model of the sports division of M GmbH.
In addition to the standard version, the most powerful modification of XM Label Red was announced immediately during the debut – 748 hp and 1,000 Hm, against 653 hp and 800 Hm for the basic version. By the way, this is the most powerful BMW production car in the history of the company.
However, the technical stuffing of Label Red is identical to the basic version, the hybrid installation is based on a V8 gasoline biturbo engine and an electric motor. Also, according to preliminary data, the upcoming new-generation BMW M5 sedan will receive the same technology.
The full-fledged debut of the supercrossover will take place in the fall. Prices for the base BMW XM start at $159,000 (on sale now) and the XM Label Red version starts at $185,000.
