Military-political observer Alexander Kovalenko summed up the losses of the Russian invaders in the last winter month and gave a small forecast for March. He wrote about this in his own Telegram channel.
He believed that the Russian army would show record losses in February, but did not take into account the fact that this is the shortest month of the year. Average death rates were 770 people per day, and in 31 days they would have amounted to 23,780 soldiers.
“If it weren’t for the shortening of the month itself, then the loss rate would have set a record … We can state that the average daily destruction of Russian invaders really was a record in February, but the peculiarities of the month’s duration did not allow it to become a record,” writes Alexander Kovalenko.
After that, the military-political observer decided to voice his forecast for the first month of spring. The losses of the Russian army in terms of technology show its scarcity. If the indicators are maintained, then in March Ukrainians will be able to observe the largest figure in a year of full-scale war.
“The process of compensating for the losses of medium and lightly armored vehicles is more and more hampered and hampered by many years of degradation of technical and technological processes in the military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation, which are unable to meet the needs of the army in a full-scale war,” Kovalenko added.
