The operation of such machines on the territory of another state of the EAEU is possible only if there is a bilateral agreement.
The rules allow the production in the territory of the Russian Federation of cars with engines of an environmental class below Euro-5, cars without ABS (anti-lock braking system), without ESP (exchange stability system), and the ERA-GLONASS system may not have an automatic operation function.
In Russia, from cars in anti-crisis versions at AVTOVAZ, Granta, Niva Legend and Travel are produced. UAZ assembles a simplified version of the Hunter model. It can be purchased with both Euro-0 and Euro-5 engines. With a Euro-2 engine, UAZ Patriot and Pickup with a manual transmission are produced. At the same time, these cars are also produced with the Euro-5 eco-standard.
