The summons was issued to the real name of the artist – Levitsky Vasily. Representatives of the local TCC claim that they did not receive information about the death of the singer.
The Shevchenko Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support sent a summons to the Ukrainian artist Vladislav Levitsky, who died in a car accident back in 2015. This was reported by Maryana Voloshin on Facebook.
“Both the dead, and the living, and the unborn … I wonder what the members of the Shevchenko RTCC and the Joint Venture do at work together with their VO leader? I’m sorry, but it seems that one stupid writes, the second puts his signature and seal, and no one cares about of what is there,” Maryana Voloshin was indignant.
The publication is also accompanied by a photo of the agenda issued by the Shevchenko TCC and the joint venture to Levitsky Vasily Yaroslavovich (real name of the artist).

Reaction of Shevchenko RTCK and SP
The publication Zaxid.net reports with reference to the head of the Lviv Regional Center for Acquisition and Social Support Oleksandr Tishchenko that the summonses were issued according to the lists from the Shevchenko district administration.
“This is not the fault of the military registration and enlistment office, the military enlistment office writes out to those people who are registered. The Shevchenko district administration did not tell us that this person had died,” Tishchenko explained.
In turn, the Shevchenkovsky RTCC and SP issued a report stating that the department did not receive information about the death of Vladislav Levitsky.

Recall that in 2023, employers in Ukraine must participate in the military registration of employees. People liable for military service can be hired only after being registered for military service, and women from medical universities are registered from the last year.
On February 21, the head of the Joint Coordinating Press Center of the Defense Forces of the South of Ukraine, Natalya Gumenyuk, reported that the Ukrainian military registration and enlistment offices are working on equipping employees with body cameras to record the delivery of subpoenas to those liable for military service.
On February 19, the head of the Lviv Regional Military Commissariat Oleksandr Tyshchenko said that men liable for military service in Ukraine could be handed summons on the street, at checkpoints, at their place of work and residence.
