In the first half of 2021, sales of second-hand cars jumped 31.9% compared to the same period of 2020, which had been penalized by the first confinement. Compared to 2019, the last “normal” year, the increase still reached 9.1%, which remains remarkable. But not all age groups are in the same boat. Models less than 1 year old are even down 28%, and those less than two years old are down 37.5% compared to last year. It is therefore primarily older vehicles that are favored by buyers. When people carriers dominate SUVs
For the automotive industry, 8 years is already an eternity. The fourth generation of Clio had just started its career, just like the first 208 of the name.
