2023 was a record year for Lamborghini both in terms of sales, revenue and profits. For the first time in its history, the company sold more than 10 thousand cars. At the same time, income amounted to $2.89 billion. This is 12.1% more than in 2022 and more than in any other year of the brand's existence. According to Lamborghini CFO Paolo Poma, growing revenue has allowed the company to increase operating margins every year since 2017.
Also, 2023 was a record year for profit levels – 27.3%. At the same time, operating profitability amounted to about $785 million, exceeding $760 million for the first time in the company's history.
2024 is expected to be even more successful for the brand. In particular, thanks to the entry of Revuelto into the market. The hypercars planned for the first two years of production have reportedly already been booked. Also this year, Lamborghini plans to introduce a plug-in version of the Urus and a sequel to the Huracan. Both are likely to outsell the Revuelto.
