The range of the new Mini Cooper is expanding. The previously presented electric version is joined by a fuel version. The compact hatchback will be available in Cooper and Cooper S variants.
The new ICE Cooper looks almost identical to the electric car. It can only be distinguished by two grilles in the front, which have become slightly larger. The round headlights, narrow taillights and short overhangs are retained. The salon also echoes its eco-friendly counterpart.
The Mini Cooper will come standard with a 1.5-liter three-cylinder engine producing 156 hp. and 230 Nm of torque. It allows the car to accelerate from zero to “hundreds” in 7.7 seconds. A 201-hp 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine will also be available. and 300 Nm. Acceleration to “hundreds” is 6.3 seconds. The cost of the new fuel product starts from 32 thousand dollars. The Cooper will go on sale in May of this year.
