- chicken eggs – 4 pieces;
- sugar – 100 g;
- wheat flour – 100 g;
- vanilla sugar – 1 sachet;
- baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon.

- butter (room temperature) – 200 g;
- condensed milk – 1 can (380 g);
- vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon.

Preparation
Step 1. Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites with sugar until a fluffy foam forms.
Step 2. Gradually add the yolks while continuing to beat.
Step 3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, vanilla sugar and baking powder.
Step 4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the egg mixture, mixing with a spatula from top to bottom.
Step 5. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread evenly over the surface.
Step 6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.
Step 7. Place the finished biscuit on a damp towel, carefully remove the paper and roll it into a roll. Leave for a few minutes to cool.
Step 8: Cream the butter until light and fluffy. The butter should be soft, but not melted. Gradually add condensed milk, continuing to whisk. Do this in small portions so that the ingredients combine well and form a homogeneous mass. Add vanilla extract and beat well again until smooth and creamy. Place the finished cream in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes before applying to the biscuit. This will make it more stable and easier to spread throughout the cake.
Step 9. Unroll the sponge cake, brush it with cream or jam and carefully roll it again.
Step 10. Before serving, decorate the roll with powdered sugar or icing.
