A 35-year-old man from Bad Tölz had to spend the night from Saturday to Sunday in arrest after he had previously become violent. The officers thereby ensured that the man could not commit any further crimes – and also that he sobered up. As the police report, they had previously received a report that there was a violent argument in the neighborhood on Peter-Freisl-Straße. There, the officers said they met the aggressive 35-year-old, who was drunk and had previously physically attacked his partner, who was one year younger than him. When the police wanted to take him into custody, the man kicked the officers and insulted them, causing one of the police officers to be injured.
