Currently, this information is being carefully checked by law enforcement agencies in cooperation with the authorities. So far, the information has not been confirmed,” Klychkov noted.
The administration of the Kursk region informed RBC about a signal on suspicious persons in one of the neighboring regions. Law enforcers stepped up the inspection of cars on the roads of the region. The authorities are talking about holding standard events for such cases.
The governor of the Kursk region, Roman Starovoit, did not comment on this information.
Media SHOT adds that a pickup truck with “saboteurs” was stopped in the Belgorod region in the afternoon. Two people were detained, one of them is a citizen of Ukraine.
