“The incident took place in the village of Goluboe. Previously, a man opened fire with a machine gun from the balcony of a multi-storey residential building. The circumstances and reason for the incident are being established,” the publication says.
Russian journalists also report, citing the main department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Moscow region, that eyewitnesses of the incident complained to law enforcement agencies about sounds “like pops.” The press service of the department said that police officers arrived at the scene. No casualties have been reported yet.

According to eyewitnesses, before opening automatic fire from the balcony, the Russian fireworks were fireworks from the window of his apartment.
The fact that police officers came to the shooter from Golubye was reported by the REN TV Telegram channel, posting a corresponding video. The publication claims that the attacker himself opened the door to law enforcement officers and testifies.
