Shakhtar Donetsk lost to Feyenoord Rotterdam with a big score and stopped fighting in the Europa League.
On Thursday, March 16, at the De Cuyp stadium in Rotterdam, the last Ukrainian team completed their performances in European competitions of the 2022/23 season. Already within the first 45 minutes, Feyenoord scored three goals against Shakhtar.
Less than 10 minutes later, the Mexican striker Santiago Jimenez left the guardianship of several Pitmen’s defenders in the penalty area and fired past Anatoly Trubin.
After another 15 minutes, Turkish striker Orkun Kekcu brought the lead to two goals.

In the second half, the hosts scored four more goals. Ussama Idrissi scored a double, Iranian Alireza Jahanbakhsh and Brazilian Danilo scored once. On 87 minutes, the Pitmen’s striker Kevin Kelsey scored a prestige goal for the Pitmen.

Earlier, Focus reported that in the first match, Shakhtar lost a victory in the match against Feyenoord.
