American actress, model, singer and designer Lindsay Lohan announced that she and her husband Bader Shammas are expecting their first child. She shared the good news on her Instagram page.
The celebrity posted a picture showing a white baby bodysuit with the words “Coming soon…” (soon).
“We are happy and excited,” Lindsey admitted in the caption to the photo.
Among those who hastened to congratulate the expectant mother are designer Donatella Versace and the best friend of actress Paris Hilton.
“Congratulations dear! Very happy for you! Welcome to the Mommy Club,” wrote the blonde, who herself recently became a mother.
According to Lohan’s rep, she feels great and is very excited.
Lindsey married fellow Arab businessman Bader Shammas in July last year. The wedding took place surrounded by the closest friends and relatives.
“I am the happiest woman in the world. He found me and knew that I want to find happiness and grace at the same time. I am shocked that this is my husband. My life and my everything. Every woman should feel it every day,” the actress wrote .
The couple spent their honeymoon in Turkey.
As a couple, they hit the red carpet in November, attending Lohan’s latest film, A Christmas to Remember, in New York.
