The Ministry of Industry and Trade has added new brands to the list of goods for parallel imports. In particular, it includes Kerastase and Yves Saint Laurent cosmetics and perfume brands, Hasbro, Logitech and Nintendo toys and children’s products, as well as Shell Helix, Rimula motor oils and spare parts for agricultural and marine equipment.
Recall that these goods are not subject to the requirements for the protection of intellectual rights by the right holders (patent holders).
