potatoes – 1 kg; minced meat – 350 g; eggs – 2; breadcrumbs – 150 g; cheese – 100 g; sour cream; dill; vegetable oil; salt, pepper
For potato zrazy with cheese in the oven, we take or cook complex minced meat on our own – pork and beef. Boil the potatoes until tender, mash into a thick puree, add the egg and salt.
We grate the cheese, finely chop the greens, add to the minced meat along with the egg and a spoonful of sour cream (or mayonnaise as an option). Salt, pepper, mix the minced meat until smooth.
We form cakes about 5 centimeters thick from the potato mass, put minced meat in the middle of each portion. We cover it with a small portion of potatoes, form cutlets, roll in breadcrumbs. Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil, put the zrazy in it. Bake at 160 degrees for 40-45 minutes (and in general, until golden brown). In the middle of the process, we turn the zrazy to the other side.
